Payment: CourtCraft Tennis Coaching accepts cash only. Payment is due at the court before the lesson begins.

Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled without penalty.

Late arrivals: Lessons still end at the scheduled time when a player arrives late, unless Maya confirms an extension is available.

Court fees: Public courts are used when available. Any paid court rental or guest fee is discussed before confirmation and is separate from the lesson fee.

Safety: Players should bring water, wear court-safe shoes, and disclose injuries or movement limitations before the lesson starts.
