How do I pay?
CourtCraft is cash only. Bring cash to the court and pay before the lesson starts.
Can I pay online?
No. Online booking reserves the appointment only. No cards, checks, Venmo, Zelle, or online payments are accepted.
What if it rains?
Weather cancellations are rescheduled without a fee when courts are unsafe or unplayable.
What level do you coach?
Maya coaches adult beginners, returning players, juniors, and recreational league players up to intermediate levels.
Where are lessons held?
Most lessons are held at public or partner courts in the Charlotte area. Player-provided courts are possible when guest coaching is allowed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may require pre-confirmation before future bookings.
